Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our hotel management SaaS platform. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and authorized users

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, maintain authorized users, and promptly update account details. You are responsible for activity performed through your hotel workspace and for ensuring staff use the platform only within their assigned authority.

The service

The platform provides tools for reservations, rooms, guests, invoices, payments, staff, operations, maintenance, messaging, reports, AI assistance, and related hotel workflows. Features may vary by plan, configuration, country, provider availability, and product updates.

Hotel data and legal responsibilities

The hotel remains responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and use of data entered into its workspace. The hotel must provide required notices, obtain guest consent where necessary, honor privacy requests, configure appropriate permissions, and avoid uploading information it has no right to process.

Messaging and third-party integrations

Hotels may connect Meta WhatsApp, WhatChimp, Twilio, email, or other providers. The hotel is responsible for recipient consent, approved templates, opt-outs, message content, provider fees, quality rules, and compliance with anti-spam and communications laws. Provider approval or delivery is not guaranteed.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscription charges, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, and plan limits are shown during purchase or administration. Third-party payment providers process supported transactions under their own terms. A pending or failed payment does not activate paid access. Hotel-recorded guest payments remain the hotel’s responsibility to verify.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with platform operation; transmit malware; scrape or reverse engineer protected components; send unsolicited messages; or use another hotel’s information without authority.

AI-assisted features

AI features may summarize records and provide operational guidance, but outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review AI output before relying on it for financial, legal, safety, employment, or guest-service decisions. Do not use AI output as professional advice.

Availability and product changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, hosting providers, external APIs, or third-party services may affect access. Features may be changed or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

Suspension, cancellation, and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel according to the subscription controls available to you. We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, or material violation of these terms. Account and data deletion remain subject to legal retention and backup requirements.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee hotel revenue, occupancy, message delivery, payment approval, uninterrupted third-party integrations, or that every feature will satisfy a particular regulatory requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, hotel operational decisions, user error, unauthorized account access, or third-party providers. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. Material updates will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
