Users may request deletion of their SaaS account and associated platform data. Hotel guests seeking deletion of reservation or stay records should normally contact the hotel that collected the information because the hotel controls those records.
Send a request from the email address associated with your account to our support email with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name, account email, hotel name, and whether you want deletion of your user profile, hotel workspace, or specific records. Do not include passwords or payment credentials.
We may ask for additional information to verify identity, account ownership, hotel authority, and the scope of the request. Requests involving an entire hotel workspace must come from an authorized hotel owner or administrator.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible profile and workspace information. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or contractual purposes. Data may remain in encrypted backups until the normal backup rotation completes.
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days when reasonably possible. Complex requests, legal obligations, active disputes, or third-party systems may require additional time, and we will communicate material delays.
If you connected Facebook or Meta services, you may also remove the application from your Meta account settings. Removing the Meta connection stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored in the SaaS. Submit a deletion request using the process on this page for stored platform data.
