Welcome to the African Institute for Multidisciplinary Studies (AIMS).

AIMS is a vibrant, innovative, and forward-thinking institution in Somalia, founded in 2018 as a research and career development center. The origins of the institute's operations and philosophy can be traced to the founding of the Somali social development association, as detailed in the history section. AIMS is committed to delivering scientific research and interdisciplinary academic programs that are contextually relevant to both the local and global contexts, to develop transdisciplinary competent human potential that fosters holistic development.

We advocate for high-quality education and research that meets international standards. The Institute develops and promotes highly motivated workers in fields of social sciences, engineering, health sciences, and languages. Our educational, research, and social efforts will shape our society's future. This ambition in our portfolios and public acceptance will be our inspiration to work determinedly and assertively.
